The 5 Hour Class is a Classroom Course which consists of group activities, instructor-led lectures and various driver training films.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\"><strong>Required by New York State Dept. of Motor Vehicles, this course must be completed before one can schedule a road test appointment.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\"><b>Student must have a valid NYS Picture Permit to register &amp; take a class &#8211; Paper permit holders must wait for their picture permit to come in the mail to take a class.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\"><b> <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Completion <\/span><\/b><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>Certificates<\/b><b> can be mailed or picked up the following business day.
